The Alpha-1500D is a highly effective above-ground oil/water separator designed to discharge wash water at rates of up to 15 GPM. This system works in conjunction with catch basins and collection pits to meet local and federal sewer sanitation regulations. The proprietary "maze" design of oleophilic coalescing plates ensures optimal separation of oil and water. The Alpha-1500D features a low-profile stainless steel tank, strategically positioned stainless steel baffles for optimized water flow, an ultra-violet ozone generator for odor control, automatic oil skimming and decanting, and a NEMA control center for automatic operation. It can be used independently or in conjunction with other systems.
