The WB-120A Water Blaze is an energy-efficient submerged combustion water evaporator designed for wastewater treatment. This system utilizes patented submerged combustion technology, directing heat through a submerged tube for 100% heat exchanger efficiency and significant operational and energy cost savings. With a capacity of handling waste streams at 120 gallons per hour, the WB-120A features top-of-the-line immersion tube jet burner components and a solid-state flame control monitor. Capable of creating temperatures up to 2000°F, it releases hot flue gases directly into the water. The WB series is particularly suitable for evaporator applications with smaller volumes of wastewater, where traditional treatment methods may be complex and expensive. This technology ensures efficient heat exchange, sending heat directly into the water, resulting in substantial cost savings. There are two models available, handling waste streams at 60 and 120 gallons per hour, respectively.
