The WB-50A Water Blaze is a submerged combustion water evaporator designed for super energy-efficient wastewater treatment. This system employs patented submerged combustion technology, forcing heat through a submerged tube for 100% heat exchanger efficiency, resulting in significant operational and energy cost savings. With a capacity to handle waste streams at 60 gallons per hour, the WB-50A features top-of-the-line immersion tube jet burner components and a solid-state flame control monitor. Capable of generating temperatures up to 2000°F, it releases hot flue gases directly into the water. Ideal for evaporator applications with smaller volumes of complex and expensive wastewater, the WB series utilizes extra-high efficient submerged combustion technology to send heat directly into the water, offering a cost-effective and efficient solution. There are two models available, handling waste streams at 60 and 120 gallons per hour, respectively.
