WHISPER WASH HYDRO-FLOW SPRAY BAR
. A multi dynamic hybrid design with greater flow and removable spray bar arms. Designed with a 1/2” ID for the center hub that flows through 3/8” ID spray arms. The arms are tightened and adjusted to the ideal position to the center bar by matching two indicator marks.

2-Tip Spray Bar with Stainless Steel Spray Arms
The most rugged and durable spray bar ever made is exclusively designed by Whisper Wash. This major step in performance exceeds durability and overall longevity in any cleaning environment. The Infinity spray bar consists of a combination of two high quality materials. A light weight Aluminum center hub and an ultimate high strength stainless steel spray arms. This hybrid combination decreases the overall weight by over 50% and supercharges longevity by infinity!
Extreme Durability:
Harder materials provide significantly longer wear life. The abrasion/corrosion resistance of Stainless Steel when compared to Aluminum is 6 times greater in overall performance. We avoid using inferior galvanized steel as its zinc coating can’t withstand abrasion and will rust.
Perfect Balance:
The removable spray arms are designed to rotate into a fixed position once fully tightened. This eliminates the guesswork for two main variables. Angle alignment and the overall length/balance of each spray arm. The spray arms use a dynamic compressed design to seal and prevent any potential rotation due to impact from debris.
Overall Symmetry:
Aerodynamic properties are key for peak performance. We use a multi dynamic approach in our design that allows increased rigidity while maintaining less drag at the ends of the spray arms. We avoid using square or non-round edges for spray arms and instead use a smoothest aerodynamic approach possible.
Ultimate Performance:
By exceeding the maximum possibility in performance, we have increased the original flow volume by over 110%. This is only possible through our patented two-step 1/2” inner diameter spray hub and 3/8” spray arm.
